■6 Cupcake
90g unsalted butter
100g sugar
50g Biscoff Spread (speculoos)
A pinch of salt
170g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder (8-9g)
2 eggs
80g milk
180-190℃ 23min

■Whipped cream
150g whipping cream
12g sugar
1 tablespoon Biscoff Spread (speculoos)

➢Cupcake 00:20
Mix together soft unsalted butter, sugar, a pinch of salt and speculoos spread.
Mix together after adding flour, baking powder, beaten eggs and milk.
Make 4 cuts on a 12 cm square of baking paper and put it in a cupcake mold.
Put the dough into the mold.
Bake in an oven preheated at 180-190°C for about 23 minutes.
Remove cupcakes from the molds and cool to room temperature.
Poke holes in cupcakes using bubble tea straws.
Microwave the speculoos spread a little bit and then put it into the cupcake.
*Speculoos spreads are hard to flow once it gets cold

➢Cream 04:52
Make whipped cream with cream, sugar and speculoos spread.
Please whipped cream on top of the cupcake.
Cut the cookie in half and place it on the cupcake.
