1 tablespoon coriander seeds

salt to taste

1 inch tamarind
1 teaspoon jaggery
½ teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder (optional)

1 teaspoon urad dal
1 pinch asafoetida
1 teaspoon garlic
5-6 curry leaves
2 dried red chillies
