2 medium eggs.
a pinch of salt.
1/4 cup of sugar (50g).
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar (8g).
5 tablespoons of melted butter (75g).
~ 3 and 1/2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut (20g).
~3/4 cup of all purpose flour (100g)
1 teaspoon of baking powder (5g).
Pineapple slices in syrup.
1 tablespoon of jam, or honey + desiccated coconut for garnish .
