Ingredients:
Cabbage 2 cup
1 potato
1 carrot
Green chilli 2 pieces
onion 2 Tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Plain flour 1/4 cup
Gram flour 1/4 cup
Rice flour 1/4 cup
Mix well
Medium heated oil
Fry until golden brown medium flame
