beef mince 500g
Salt 1,1/4 tsp
ginger garlic 1,1/2 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
Green chilli crushed 1 tbsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp
onion 1 medium
coriander 1/2 cup
oil 1 cup

Extra Tarka ingredients :

oil 2-3 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
tomato paste 1/2 cup
Salt 1/8-1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
onion 1 small
Green chilli 2 not spicy
coriander as needed

مكونات:
لحم بقري مفروم 500 جرام
ملح 1،1 / 4 ملعقة صغيرة
الزنجبيل والثوم 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق الكزبرة 1 ملعقة كبيرة
رقائق الفلفل الحار 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة
فلفل أخضر مطحون 1 ملعقة كبيرة
جارام ماسالا 1 ملعقة صغيرة
مسحوق الكمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم عصير
ليمون 2 ملعقة كبيرة
فتات الخبز 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة
بصل 1 وسط
1/2 كوب كزبرة
زيت 1 كوب

مكونات التركة الإضافية:

زيت 2-3 ملاعق كبيرة
1/2 ملعقة كبيرة معجون الثوم والزنجبيل
1/2 كوب معجون طماطم
ملح 1 / 8-1 / 4 ملعقة شاي
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة جارام ماسالا
1-2 ملاعق كبيرة عصير ليمون
1 بصلة صغيرة
الفلفل الأخضر 2 غير حار
كزبرة حسب الحاجة
