INGREDIENTS
1 egg
150ml (3/4 cup) of kefir
40g (3 tbsp) of sugar
A pinch of vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
70ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
350g (3 cups) of flour
5g (1 tsp) of baking powder

Sugar for coating

METHOD
1. Add the egg, kefir, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and olive oil in a bowl, and mix. Add the flour and baking powder and continue with mixing. When dough starts forming, knead it with your hands to obtain a compact dough.
2. Split the dough into 12 equal pieces and form the balls. Cover them with cling film and let them rest for 30 minutes.
3. After time has elapsed roll out each ball and form the cookie shape. Coat each cookie with the sugar.
4. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.
5. Serve them together after baking them on a serving dish and enjoy.
