INGREDIENTS
6 peaches
2 eggs
160g (3/4 cup) of sugar
Vanilla extract
160ml (3/4 cup) of milk
60g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
260g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
1 lemon (zest)
Powdered sugar


METHOD

1. Peel and cut the peaches into small pieces and set aside.
2. Mix the eggs and sugar in a bowl with the electric mixer. Add the vanilla essence, milk, butter (melted), flour, baking powder, and lemon (zest) and combine.
3. Add the peach pieces to the mixture bowl and incorporate with a spatula.
4. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (24cm - mold size) covered with parchment paper.
5. Arrange the peach slices on top and transfer the cake to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes.
6. Transfer the cake to a serving plate after baking and decorate with powdered sugar. Cut a slice and serve.
