Pandan multi layered cake / Pandan kuih lapis santan sedap / 香兰七层糕
Ingredients
250g sago flour
40g plain flour
60g castor sugar
650ml coconut milk
Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 2 portions. Add 50ml thick pandan juice to one portion.
Grease a 7 inch square pan. Place pan in the steamer. Add 100 ml white layer. Cover and steam for 5-6 mins. Alternate with 100ml pandan layer and steam for 5-6 mins. Repeat until all the batter is used up. The final layer to steam for 8-10 mins. Cool completely before cutting.
