So this recipe is actually invented...
I was attempting to try a Levain Bakery Cookie with walnuts and chocolate marble. The recipe seemed overly complicated, so I decided to just put all the ingredients together (like I usually do when I'm not filming). I replaced walnuts with coconut, added salt and vanilla for balance and flavour. This tastes like a combination of Coconut Macaroon, Rock Bun Chocolate Levain cookie together in a dessert. Then after they were baked they didn't spread so we decided to drizzle some white chocolate on top. Really you can use what chocolate you prefer. White chocolate when it melts becomes really hard, so add a bit of oil, milk and it resembles a better texture. Also you can add vanilla for flavour. I decided to call it Bea's Little Whirls.

Bea's Little Whirls

Ingredients:
60g white chocolate
60g milk chocolate
60g white chocolate
70g butter
80g caster sugar
40g light brown soft sugar
30g coconut (dedicated unsweetened)
2 eggs
370g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
30g cocoa powder
Milk as needed

Bake 180°C preheated oven / 15 minutes.


They don't spread in the oven.
