Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 50g Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 50g Melted butter
- 160g All-purpose flour
- 7g Baking powder
- 1 Apple

instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 Egg, 50g sugar and a pinch of salt
2. Add 50g Melted butter, 160g All-purpose flour and 7g Baking powder
3. Mix well
4. Cut 1apple into small cubes right before adding to the dough to prevent browning as much as possible
5. Add the apples and mix with a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula to combine
6. Place heaping tablespoonful of cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC- 356ºF for 15-20 minutes or until golden
