हैरान रहजाओगे जब इस तरह कचोरी बनाओगे, मूंग दाल कचौड़ी, Moong Dal Kachori Recipe Crispy Khasta Kachori

जब मेने ढेर साडी पर्तोवाली ये कचोरी बनायीं तो सबको ही बहोत ज्यादा पसंद आयी. खस्ता कचोरी मेरे घर में चटनी के साथ भी सर्व होती हे और बहोत बार चाट की तरह हम इसे खाते हे. ये ४-६ दिन के लिए बिलकुल करारी रहती हे.

Ingredients:
2 All purpose flour
Salt to Taste
2 tsp Oil
Water as Require

For Stuffing:
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
12-15 Black Peppercorn
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1-1/2 Cup Soaked Moongdal
2 tsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 Small Onion
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Kasurimethi
1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Cup Gram Flour
1/4 tsp Black Salt
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander
