WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Gurer Payesh | Jaggery Payasam Recipe | Jaggery Sweets Dessert | Creamy & Delicious Payesh Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Pulao rice 1/4 cup
Water
Wash well
Soak for 15 mins
Soften rice (break with fingers)
Keep aside
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cashew nut 1 tbsp
Almond 1 tbsp
Raisin 1 tbsp
Roast until golden brown
Keep aside
Milk 1 liter
Let it boil
Scape malai from the sides
Soaked half broken rice
2 Cardamom
1 bay leaf
boil for 10 mins (stir between)
Cool for 5 mins
Jaggery 3/4 cup
Roasted nuts
Rose water to taste
Mix well until jaggery dissolves
Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
