Ingredients-

*Mushroom Masala-*
1/4 Cup Curd
Salt to Taste
1.5 tsp Deggi Mirch Powder
1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp Gram Flour
500g Mushroom
2 tbsp Oil
1 Pinch asafoetida
2 Cardamom
1 Clove
2 Bay Leave
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Cinnemon Stick
3 Onion
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
1 green Chilli
2 Tomato
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Some Coriander Leaves





*Aloo Methi-*
2 tbsp Oil
1 pinch Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Inch Ginger
1 green Chilli
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
2 Tomato
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Deggi Mirch Powder
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
250g Fenugreek Leaves
2 Potatoes





*Mix Veg Raita-*
1.5 Cup Curd
1/2 Carrot
1 Cucumber
Some Coriander Leaves
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
