Breadfruit contains medicinal properties, a great number of antioxidants and exhibits anti-inflammatory activity within the body, both of which also help with the prevention of disease. Ingredients
1 breadfruit cut into slices
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp turmeric powder
Garlic salt

In a pot add enough water to cover bread fruit slices. Add salt and turmeric powder. Bring to boil n simmer for 5-6 mins or until they are soft. Drain away the liquid. Place n line breadfruit into an oil greased plate. Into the airfryer bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 mins. Halfway you can turn over the other side brush with oil n continue to bake time is up or until crisp on the outside. Served as a snack food.
