INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) of water
14g of fresh yeast
460g (3 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
1 egg
40g (1/4 cup) of sugar
12g (3/4 tbsp) of salt
70g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
Egg for egg wash
Sesame seeds

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the water and fresh yeast and mix to dissolve the yeast. Add the flour, egg, sugar, salt, and butter and mix with a spatula. When the dough starts forming, knead it with your hands to obtain a smooth and compact dough. Cover the bowl with the cling film and let the dough rise for 2 hours, or until is double in volume.
2. After elapsed, transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into 8 equal pieces.
3. Form the balls and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Cover with a cloth and let them rise for 2 hours.
3. After 2 hours brush the buns with the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Transfer the baking tray to the oven and bake the buns at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
5. Serve the hamburger buns on a serving dish after baking and enjoy.
